Secrets of Water - for ages 6-17
Annantalo, Helsinki
Water is an ordinary substance. Does it hold any secrets? In summer, sweat drips and raindrops fall. They are water droplets.
Water droplets travel around the world. They journey in clouds, in the sea, or on ice floes. What secrets does water encounter and hide? We explore this on a summer course at Annantalo.
Each day we move, create visual art, and dance. We are indoors and outdoors. We felt and paint. We use natural colours and icy colours. We visit HAM art museum and Amos Rex's Dansband.
Teachers:
Miila Vainio, art educator at Annantalo, visual art
Sanna Kuusisto, art educator at Annantalo, dance
The course is implemented in collaboration with Kehitysvammatuki 57 ry.
