Wristband Exchange - Location and Hours

All tickets must be exchanged for wristbands at the exchange points before entering the festival area. The wristband is attached directly to the wrist upon collection, and a ticket cannot be exchanged for a wristband on behalf of someone else!

We recommend exchanging your wristband in advance during the week if possible. Especially on Friday 12.6. in the early evening, the exchange points may become congested.

Helsinki City Festival's wristband exchange points are located this year at Mall of Tripla and Apollo.

You will find the point at the corner of Tripla's event plaza, on the 4th floor (station floor), next to the info point and Sokos Hotel Tripla. From Tripla you can easily reach the festival area either on foot or by tram (lines 2 and 7). The walking distance to Nordis is approximately 1.4 km.

Apollo Sports Bar (Mannerheimintie 16)

You will find Apollo's wristband exchange point on the Sports Bar side on Friday and Saturday. The entrance is from Mannerheim Street or internally from the Forum side. On Sunday, wristband exchange takes place on Apollo's terrace, next to the sports bar.

Other information: The assistant does not receive a wristband but must enter the festival area together with the person being assisted each day at the same time.
