Sauna Yoga at Keurusselkä Resort

Sauna yoga is held in a sauna below 60 degrees. The session involves tension-releasing movements performed in rhythm with your breath - it is restorative and calming for the nervous system, and also supports better sleep at night. No previous yoga experience is needed.
