The Mikael Wellness Event brings together Paula Heinonen's public lecture with an open-to-all exhibition section featuring various programs.

Day Schedule

Doors open at 15:00. From 15:00 to 18:00 the program is open to everyone:

- 16:15 Chakra Dance - presentation and short practice, Luontoosi/Nina Maria (free, approx. 30 min)
- 16:45 Deep Relaxation Sound Bath, Unelma Elämä/Eeva Ojalehto (10 €, 45 min - prepare with comfortable clothes, your own mat, and if desired a blanket and pillow; advance registration via separate link)

From 18:00 onwards, entry is only for those who have purchased a ticket for the lecture. Paula Heinonen lectures from 18:00 to 21:00, with a break at 19:45. Break reservations exceptionally via separate link.

🍃 Hunting for Lost Energy - Paula Heinonen

The lecturer is Paula Heinonen, TkL, functional medicine trainer, former gut researcher and author. The lecture addresses fatigue and burnout from the perspective of body biochemistry: why energy does not recover despite rest, and how to change the situation. Heinonen explains what current research reveals about energy production and vitality.

Topics include, among others, diet composition to support energy, the impact of gut microbiota on endurance and alertness, and factors that can unknowingly diminish energy production.
