Diablo is a Finnish melodic death/groove metal band formed in 1995 in Kalajoki, Northern Ostrobothnia. Led by vocalist-guitarist Rainer Nygård and lead guitarist Marko Utriainen, the quartet has released seven studio albums and built a reputation as one of the most consistent acts in the Finnish metal scene - two of their albums, Mimic47 (2006) and Silvër Horizon (2015), debuted at number one on the Finnish charts.
Diablo postponed several spring 2026 tour dates due to illness in the band, announcing rescheduled dates shortly after.
Diablo released the single 'Trailer Witch' on 30 January 2026 via Sakara Records - their first new music since the 2022 album When All the Rivers Are Silent.
Diablo announced the M47 - Särmäämätön tour, a 14-date Finnish run celebrating the 20th anniversary of their album Mimic47, with the full album performed live including songs never previously played on stage.
Diablo played a headline show at Tavastia in Helsinki on 18 April 2024 as part of their E20 - Eternium exclusively! tour.
