Terveet Kädet is a Finnish hardcore punk band formed in Rovaniemi in 1980. One of the earliest and most influential acts in Nordic hardcore, they helped shape the sound of Finnish punk with raw, fast records like their 1982 debut LP. The band has remained active across several decades.
