CoolHead Live: AURI

Auri takes the stage at CoolHead Brew Viikki to present their third album "Auri III - Candles & Beginnings" from 2025. The band, formed by Johanna Kurkela, Tuomas Holopainen, and Troy Donockley, was created in 2011 as a creative outlet free from the expectations of their main projects.

Auri debuted in 2018, followed by "Auri II - Those We Don't Speak Of" in 2021. Drawing from Celtic folk and cinematic pop, their music resists easy categorization. On stage, the core trio is joined by Kai Hahto, Johanna Iivanainen, and Mikko Iivanainen.

The CoolHead Live series returns for its sixth edition in July 2026, transforming the area near Helsinki's Viik nature reserve into a two-week celebration of music, sunshine, craft beer, and food. The concert venue is amphitheatre-shaped, offering excellent sightlines from many spots even when seated.
