Inka Bell: Edestakas

Inka Bell's solo exhibition Edestakas moves through two- and three-dimensional spaces. The show features paper sculptures and collage-like works whose essence lies in the relationship between geometric forms, material, and technique - echoing minimalism and concretism, yet distinctly and playfully Bell's own.

The exhibition's title is a hint: as you move through the space, the optical events of the works activate, patterns and colours come alive. Elements repeat, turn, stretch, and rhythmically relate to one another, and changes become visible in the image relative to its contours. The works are built from parts that can be arranged in countless ways and combinations.
