Dark River Festival 2026

Dark River Festival takes place in Kotka on 10-11 July 2026 at Honkalan biathlon stadium. It is a two-day metal festival celebrating its 22nd anniversary next summer.

Priority tickets include a dedicated entrance lane, a limited lounge area with restricted views of both stages, private toilets, a private bar, a food sales point, and snacks throughout the festival days.

Mystery ticket is a one-day open ticket that can be used on your chosen festival day later. The mystery ticket does not grant entry on its own - a day ticket for Friday or Saturday must be redeemed separately by 26 June. Redemption instructions are included with the ticket.

Camping: Campers must have a two-day festival ticket, which will be checked upon arrival. Each person staying in a tent or caravan area needs their own personal camping wristband - only with it do you have free access to the camping areas. More information: https://darkriverfestival.com/leirinta

Food and drink: The area features a food world with vendors including The Van and Poppamies. Masis Brewery is partly responsible for the beverage selection and has created a special festival beer - Chezc Pilsner. The Van River BBQ Buffet menu includes:

Salad bar: Potato salad (G,L,V), pasta salad (L), green salad (G,L,V), breads and spreads (L,V)
From the grill: Chimichurri-marinated chicken thigh (G,L), Korean-style pork cutlet (G,L), noble tofu (V,G,L), papucassoulet (V,G,L)
Dessert: Apple pie (L), vanilla sauce (G,L), rice pudding (V)
