USKO-FAITH - Glass Art Exhibition
ilmainen
In summer 2026, Levyhalli on Suomenlinna hosts a site-specific multimedia installation exploring a central question: why does humanity believe? USKO-FAITH comprises two parts - a glass art exhibition open during the day and immersive evening performances. The theme is explored with curiosity, critical perspective, and without shying away from contradictions.
The glass art exhibition runs 25.7.-23.8.2026 and is free. The opening takes place on Friday 24.7. at 18:00. The exhibition is created by glass artists Anna Schroderus and Esko Kurvinen, who work on Suomenlinna.
The immersive USKO-FAITH performances premiere on 12.8.2026 at 18:00 and continue through 22.8. There are eight performances in total; on Saturdays 15.8. and 22.8. there are two shows at 15:00 and 18:00. Choreography and direction by Marjaterttu Willman, sound design and composition by Janne Masalin. The dancers are Jonna Aaltonen, Jukka Tarvainen, Antti Keinänen and Anette Toiviainen. Costumes designed by Aapo Siikala.
