Brit Pop brings together four English winemakers and chef Kai Semple's modern Caribbean cuisine for an evening at the British Ambassador's residence in Helsinki.

Dinner is prepared by chef Kai Semple, whose modern Caribbean kitchen has developed in Copenhagen and London. WWD has described Semple as Copenhagen's best-kept secret. He describes his YAM project as an effort to "introduce an entire community to ingredients they have never heard of before" - and this is his first time cooking in Finland.

The dinner includes four English winemakers: Domaine Hugo (Wiltshire), Langham (Dorset), Lyme Bay (Devon) and Whitewolfe (Kent). Each producer serves one wine with each course.
