Fitness training is a comprehensive muscle-strengthening workout for the whole body using various equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, and balls. Exercises are performed standing behind a chair and partly while sitting on the chair. The training is conducted at a brisk pace with emphasis on lower-body muscle strength. Indoor sessions are held in the sports hall of building N, outdoor sessions on the grounds of building F.
No advance registration is required for summer training - all service centre customers are welcome. Indoor sessions accommodate the first 20 participants in order of arrival. If it rains during outdoor sessions, we move indoors.
