MEET YOURSELF is a 2.5-hour guided experience where you step away from performance and return to your body, breath, and inner experience. This is not a traditional yoga class. 🖤
Throughout the evening, we explore somatic movement to release tension in the body, breathing exercises to calm the nervous system, and slow, sensation-based yoga (slow flow). Silence and stillness create space to meet what we often avoid. Toward the end, we transition into deep relaxation with singing bowls and a wind chime, followed by a gentle reflection moment over tea. If you wish, you can also draw a tarot card. ✨
No prior experience is needed. This experience is especially suited for those who feel constantly "on", crave a moment without performance pressure, or want to gently return to their own inner experience.
The guide is Elisa Hyttinen (@helloimellu), a certified yoga teacher whose focus is not on how the movement looks, but on how it feels.
